General Requirements
- Filled up Zoning Application form
- Notarized Zoning Application
- Money Order form from Post Office
Zoning / Locational Clearance Schedule of Fees
- Single Residential (P100,000 and Below): P200 x .01
- Single Residential (Over P100,000 to P200,000): P400
- Single Residential (Over P200,000): P500 + 1/10 of 1% in excess of P200,000
- Apartment/Townhouses (P500,000 and Below): P1,000
- Apartment/Townhouses (Over P500,000 to P2M): P1,500
- Apartment/Townhouses (Over P2M): P2,500 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M
- Dormitories (P2M and below): P2,500
- Dormitories (Over P2M): P2,500 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M
- Institutional (Below P2M): P2,000
- Institutional (Over P2M): P2,000 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M
- Commercial/Industrial (Below P100,000): P1,000
- Commercial/Industrial (Over P100,000 - P500,000): P1,500
- Commercial/Industrial (Over P500,000 - P1M): P2,000
- Commercial/Industrial (Over P1M - P2M): P3,000
- Commercial/Industrial (Over P2M): P5,000 + 1/10 of 1% of cost in excess of P2M
- Special Uses/Projects (Below P2M): P5,000
